MicroNsure is a technology lead insurance Consultancy and Distribution company that intends to capture significant market share in the Uninsured market segments

It is formed with a motive to bring Inclusive Insurance to the most deserving people using technology and to build products, processes which are affordable & sustainable and bring value to all stakeholders in the Insurance ecosystem.

At MicroNsure we aim to create a meaningful impact towards securing the lives and livelihood of the lower-income segment within Rural India & other globally Emerging Markets by offering vital and specially designed microinsurance products and processes that are affordable and are made available when and where they are needed.

In January 2020, a group of ex-colleagues from the industry met together and emphasized the need to take Insurance to the masses. With this, MicroNsure, a Consulting company, was formed to provide comprehensive Insurance solutions to parts of the population who have been ignored so far.

We at MicroNsure, aim to create a meaningful impact towards securing the lives and livelihood of the lower-income segment within Rural India & other globally Emerging Markets by offering vital and specially designed microinsurance products and processes that are affordable and are made available when and where they are needed.

Founder and Group CEO
Kamalakar has more than 26 years of distinguished career and outstanding achievements in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Building Startups, Building Strategic Alliances, Relationship Management and Business Development. Excellent Human resource management skills for delivering superior performance. Proven Experience in building highly motivated and Charged up teams to deliver tough assignments. Sound domain knowledge of the Insurance Sector, Re- Insurance market, Stock market operations, Retail and Corporate Financial Services and Financial Inclusion. Kamalakar worked as CEO of the Insurance Business at Manappuram, Managing Director and CEO of Geosansar , Director Sales & Marketing at IndiaFirst Life Insurance and in various capacities in Reliance Life Insurance, Birla Sunlife Insurance and Stock Holding Corporation Limited and Hindustan Machine Tools.
Krishna Kishore Koganti
CEO & Principal Officer
Krishna Kishore has 15 + years of experience in Insurance Sales and Distribution. His experience ranges from building and running distribution and sales in Birla Sunlife, Reliance Life, IndiaFirst Life and Manappuram Insurance. In his last role before joining MICRONSURE he was National Head for Consumer Health Business at MediAssist. He brings to Micronsure a strong experience in new Business Development, market expansion and running profitable variable models. Kishore would also act as the Principal Officer of the Broking division which is regulated by the IRDAI.
Nagaraju Mengani
Group Chief Technology Officer
Nagaraju has deep technical experience in Software Development and Implementation from Idea generation to Product/Services delivery from the year 2005 to till date. He is highly motivated and determined with a great passion for problem solving and helping businesses to adopt technologies for their growth. Nagaraju has setup and runs his own Technology company where he has keenly developed systems for the Insurance Business. Throughout his career as an entrepreneur he has trained and managed super performing highly skilled technology specialists to program great solutions. In his current role as Chief Technology Officer, Nagaraju brings in all his experience in building technology for the Insurance Business. Micro Insurance is a mass Insurance Business and technology plays a key role in reaching the masses. Simple technology with simple processes is the aim of the technology team at MicroNsure.
Rajesh Vardarajan
Consultant
Dr Rajesh Varadarajan, PhD has extensive experience in Strategic Planning, Operations & Service Delivery in Insurance industry. He was one of key management member in setting up profitable distribution network for Reliance Life and Aditya Birla Financial Services. Other than Reliance and Aditya Birla group he had over two decades of reach experience with IDBI Asset Management, Principal Financial Group (PFG), Karvy Merchant Banking, ASK Group and Shriram Financial Services. Rajesh holds a Management Degree in Financial Management from the school of management, Pondicherry University and he was awarded Doctorate in Financial Planning , with special focus on Insurance Distribution in the Health Sector from the University of Madras.
